- Using this model will give a clear indication of how you are doing regarding your goals and aspirations.
- And this is the place where the opportunity is to move forward, with greater focus and more awareness of choice
- This is about the accomplishment of your goal, by making your steps at your pace!

Why Coaching?
As a Professional Health & Wellness Coach I am trained and committed to the individual who desires support in changing behaviours from those that are harmfull or limiting, to behaviours that enhance and strengthen your life: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Coaching is a collaborative and active relationship between the client and the coach.
Where the client is involved and respected for the knowledge they have and is viewed as resourceful, capable and whole.

The Coaching will take place one-on-one, in person or by phone.
The Optimal Model
3 x 60 minutes highly focused coaching sessions on a monthly basis through face-to-face meetings or by phone*. Cost: $360.00 per month (sliding scale is possible).
The Individual Model
Tailored to meet your specific needs, the individual model varies in frequency, length and duration. Cost: Variable.
*The Coaching will take place initially (if possible) in person. And there after by phone: no traveling time and the focus is on you!
When applicable a group coaching will take place for those clients with a shared theme.
For those who are interested: group presentations are available for conferences, companies, network groups, customer appreciation services. Stress Management Coaching and/or subjects applicable to your niche. The Health & Wellness Philosophy
H&W Coaching adheres to a form of coaching that honors the client as the expert in his/her personal and/or professional life and believes that every client is creative,resourcefull and whole. Standing to this foundation, the coach's responsability is to:

In each meeting, the client and coach choose the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action.
Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow.
