Hormone Rebalancing Yoga

Who is Hormone Rebalancing Yoga for?

Hormone Rebalancing Yoga is a holistic approach to ease or eliminate the adverse symptoms of Pre menopause - Menopause - Post menopause and other hormonal imbalances.. The exercises originate in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, combined with Tibetan breathing techniques and Grounding exercises.

The glands responsible for hormone production are the ovaries, thyroid and pituitary glands and to a lesser degree the adrenal glands. These are targeted in HRY by utilizing internal massage and consciously directing the energy flow during each exercise.

Who should practice Hormone Rebalancing Yoga

Every woman over 35. Statistically at that age, the natural production of estrogen begin to decrease and hot flashes, tiredness, anguish, depression, dry mucous, hair loss and dry skin can begin to show.

The Practice:

Once the student is familiar with the sequence of exercises, the practice can be done in half an hour in their own home.

Since 1986 she is a certified practitioner of Rebalancing Integrated Bodywork, Reflexology, Reiki Master, Family Constellation Facilitator and a Stress Management Coach.
